Our Warranty

After the sign off of work we don't neglect our responsibility to ensure that mistakes are corrected. This is why we provide our warranty on all services.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.

What the warranty covers

  • Spelling errors
  • Grammatical errors
  • Broken links (internal website links only)
  • Broken images (internal website images only)
  • Script malfunctions

What it does not cover

  • Deliverables that have been modified by the client or third parties since invoice date.
  • Deliverables that reside on modified or alternative server environments than originally intended by Arclid.
  • Errors in copy or information provided by the client, this includes spelling and grammatical errors.
  • We will not provide a refund when a problem can be corrected by Arclid.com Ltd.
  • We will not pay any expenses a client occurs by a third party to correct a problem.

Period of cover

Warranty cover starts from invoice date and ends 1 year after. Arclid should be notified of any warranty claims immediately, claims made after the period of cover will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

What Arclid.com Ltd. will do to correct problems

Problems covered by warranty are given priority status, immediate action will be made to correct the error(s). Problems will be corrected and delivered to the client either by e-mail or directly uploaded to the clients hosting account.
