Definitions

‘Hours per Month’ shows the hours Arclid.com will undertake to work each month under this agreement. Unused hours may not be carried forward.

‘Hourly Discount’ shows the agreed discount from our standard rate, if hours are required beyond the ‘Hours per month’ shown in this agreement to complete tasks. Arclid will consult the Client prior to commencing additional work, to agree.

‘Schedule Preference’ shows the response time that Arclid.com will agree to complete tasks, provided the task does not exceed the agreed ‘Hours per Month’. Should a task require extra hours to complete, these hours are exempt from the ‘Schedule Preference’.

'Monthly Rate' shows the agreed amount to be paid for each month of the contracts term.

'Saturday Support' is for businesses that require website updates to be made on Saturday.
